Shipping within Taranaki

Bin Inn currently only ships throughout the Taranaki Region

• Standard delivery up to 25kg - $5
• Standard delivery over 25kg - $10
• Rural delivery up to 25kg - $10
• Rural delivery over 25kg - $15

Orders are sent via New Zealand Courier, please do not use a PO Box as a delivery address, Courier Post will not deliver to these.

PLEASE NOTE

We aim to have your Bin Inn order shipped within 2-3 working days from order date. If for some reason your order could take a little longer, we will be in touch.

Occasionally we do run out of stock in particular items, this may mean that you order could occasionally be a little longer in delivery.

Return Policy

• Returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your purchase.
• You must provide proof of purchase with a receipt (when purchased in store) or through email receipt (when purchased online).
• The item must be in its original packaging, unused, unopened and in its original condition.
• Bin Inn will not accept returns on gift vouchers or fresh food items: raw meal plans, cleanses, juice boxes, cakes.
• Refunds are not available for change of mind returns, and will only be accepted if the product is faulty or does not match the description on the website.

If these requirements are not satisfied, Bin Inn reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.
