Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons coconut oil softened

2 small carrots, shredded finely

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 cup coconut butter or your favourite nut butter

2 tablespoons raw cacao powder

1/2 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

Method

Combine all ingredients in a bowl - Line a tray with wax paper. Form the ingredients into 10 small balls. Roll each ball in unsweetened shredded coconut and place on the tray. Place the balls into the freezer for 30 minutes to form. Balls can be stored in the fridge or freezer.
