4 cups sunflower seeds

4 Tbsp coconut oil (or macadamia oil)

2 tsp raw honey

1/2 tsp sea salt


Roast the sunflowers on a baking tray until a nice light brown colour. Try not to over roast them or the flavour will become quite strong.

Allow the seeds to cool.

Use a high speed blender or good quality food processor to process the above ingredients until smooth and creamy. The length of time this takes will depend on the power of your food processor.
