1 220g jar of your favourite nut butter or coconut butter
5 organic free run eggs
1 Tbsp cider vinegar
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp honey
1/2 tsp sea salt
In a blender - mix the eggs and the nut or coconut butter. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender and blend until just combined. Pour into a small loaf pan. Make sure it is will greased and lined with baking paper for best results.
